e-SHG “SNEH“ : e–Self Help Group “Support NEtwork of Hatians”

सभी प्रकार के नेतरहाटियन बंधुओं को नमस्कार.

बंधुओं के प्रकार तीन हैं : सक्रिय, जागृत और सुसुप्त।

नोबा नाम की संस्था हर जगह अपने नियम कानून के हिसाब से अपना काम कर रही है। लेकिन वर्चुअल वर्ल्ड में कई प्रकार के ग्रुप हैं – आश्रम, बैच, शहर, राज्य, क्षेत्र, देश, विदेश और विश्व स्तर तक. कहीं मजाक, कहीं चर्चा, कहीं विवाद और कहीं कहीं कुछ छोटे मोटे सामाजिक कार्य भी चलते रहते हैं।कुछ लोग व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर भी बहुत अच्छे सामाजिक कार्य कर रहे हैं। पिछले दो वर्षों में कम से कम पांच सौ से भी अधिक नेतरहाटियन बंधुओं से इंटरेक्शन के बाद एक चीज़ महसूस हुई है कि हमारे बहुत सारे बंधुओं को गाहे बगाहे कुछ न कुछ जेन्युइन आर्थिक मदद की आवश्यकता पड़ती है खासकर मेडिकल इमरजेंसी में और कभी कभी बच्चों की अच्छी पढाई के लिए। कुछ बंधुओं को इधर उधर से कुछ मदद मिल भी जाती है लेकिन बहुत से लोग मदद उपलब्ध होते हुए भी जानकारी के अभाव में या झिझक के कारण मदद नहीं ले पाते है। कहानियां बहुत हैं, बताते रहेंगे, अभी सीधे मुद्दे पे चलते हैं।एक सेल्फ हेल्प ग्रुप (SHG) का प्लान है और वो पूरा प्लान हियाँ लिखा हुआ है। कृपया आराम से पढ़िए, सवाल पूछिए, सलाह दीजिए लेकिन मिशन को हतोत्साहित बिलकुल मत कीजिए। यहाँ नहीं पढ़ पा रहे तो ईमेल लिखिए, हम आपको ईमेल कर देंगे. लेकिन पढ़िए ज़रूर. सिर्फ दो पेज है, दस मिनट काफी है।

HATIAN SELF HELP GROUP

A. Composition and Location:
The Self Hel Group (SHG) shall be a virtual community of ex-Netarhatians. SHG shall neither be an affiliating body nor it shall be affiliated with any other NOBA unit, hence is totally non interfering with working of any other NOBA unit.

B. Members
i. Organizing Members
It shall be operated through a whats app group of few hatians who will be known as “Organizing Committee”. Any decision of theirs will be final in any case.

ii. Lead Members
Lead members will be members of this virtual SHG and can be located anywhere in the world, who are ready to contribute their time to co-ordinate among their batch mates or/and Netarhatians known to them somehow / anyhow. They shall be Volunteers (1/2/3 from each batch) but maximum number from one batch shall be three.

C. Working
Almost all batches have their what’s app group.Lead Members shall prepare a list of all their batch-mates, hatians known to them who intend to extend some monetary help to netarhatians in genuine need. The same lead members will help in finding the needy netarhatians, verifying the genuinity and quantum of there need and also watch the on time execution of the money, if feasible.

D. Quantum of amount to be pledged:
The minimum annual intended pledged amount for contribution on demand shall be Rs. 1000 and multiple thereof with a maximum cap on annual contribution per year as Rs. 25000 . It will be an expression of interest only and no money transfer will be required till someone really needs help.

E. Who can get such returnable monetary help (Beneficiaries)
Any Netarhatian brother/sister in need of financial assistance for medical & study purpose only of parents, self, spouse, children only may forward his/her requirement through any channel to any hatian such that it somehow reaches the virtual SHG what’s app. The assistance from this forum can be availed only 2 times in life, one for medical and one for study requirement.The assistance shall be returnable. Whenever not feasible, in rare exceptional cases, nonrefundable aid may also may be granted. The feasibility of returning (financial condition improvement of beneficiaries) shall be monitored by virtual SHG so that netarhatians who become capable to return, must return.

F. Verification of Genuineness of Help Required:
The requirement will be widely published in the e-space. The virtual SHG, with mutual co-ordination and lead member’s resources shall verify the authenticity and quantum of all such incoming requirement. After verification, the amount of monetary assistance shall be finalized and circulated among all Netarhatians who pledge for contributing.
Whenever any need is broadcasted  all are requested to opine openly. Back door discussions may not be entertained.

G. Method of Disbursal
The beneficiary will be asked to provide his/her bank account details with IFSC code, preferably in his/her own name. The pledged amount (full or part) shall be transferred by the intended contributor(s) directly into the bank account of the beneficiary. The total transfer shall be limited to the amount requested by the beneficiary or as sanctioned by the virtual SHG. The same shall be ensured by deciding name & amount of contributor(s), by the virtual SHG.
The total amount may be disbursed in one go or in installments, as the case may be and as decided by the Organising Committee.

H. General
There shall be no bank account of the SHG.
If any money is returned by any beneficiary, the same shall be transferred directly into the bank account of next needy Netarhatian(s) as directed by the Organising Committee.
Strict vigil shall be kept by the virtual SHG on proper utilization of the money strictly for the defined purpose only so that the same does not get diverted to other requirements.
The maximum assistance shall be limited to one case per month and fifty thousand rupees per case. The upper limit may be enhanced or reduced based on number of intended contributors, quantum of intended contributions and actual experience of implementation
The list of intended contributors shall be updated on continuous basis through wide circulation of the scheme by all possible campaigning methods viz. whattsaap, facebook, phone call, SMS, email, letters, mouth to mouth campaigning and so on

And at last, please also suggest a beautiful catchy name for this Virtual SHG

SNEH is an Initiative for any kind of emergency for Netarhat old Boys (Famously name as NOBA). This is a group of all volunteers who can help in identifying Hatian’s spouse or kids in need of genuine help for medical emergency or education purpose , collecting the required help and disbursing the same as decided.

With all of your kind support and स्नेह, we are able to provide maximum support and act as per need. Along with other initiatives , Below two groups are still running fine and on monthly roaster basis we are taking care of need.
