[Tokyo, Japan, 01 OCT 2023 ] The Bihar Foundation Japan proudly hosted its 2nd International Litti Chokha Event, a celebration of Bihari culture. The event witnessed an incredible gathering of over 150 members of the Bihari diaspora, as well as friends and family from various states across India. This unique occasion served as a platform to foster togetherness and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Bihar.

The event took place at [Rinkai Park, Nishi Kasai], Tokyo, and showcased the diverse flavors, traditions, and warmth of Bihar. Litti Chokha, a beloved and iconic Bihari dish, took center stage, serving as a delectable symbol of the state’s culinary traditions and the emotions it carries.
